The Hooded Merganser Walkout has three floors of living space. The main level is complete with a great room with a cathedral ceiling, dining area, full sized kitchen, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The loft holds four twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. A stairway off the great room leads to the lower walkout level. The walkout level has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bathroom, a complete kitchen and a large open living and dining room. The walkout level has beds for 8, including 2 child sized futons. Upper levels have beds for 12, including 2 child sized futons.

Vacation lodges which are managed by Three Bears Resort will be packaged with admission to the indoor water park and outdoor pools and slides at Three Bears Lodge for the number of guests specified on the reservation. Additional day passes may be purchased at general admission rates ($15-$25 per person daily) upon or after arrival.

Vacation lodges which are managed by others or by their owners will not be packaged with waterpark admission of any kind and if desired, day passes may be purchased separately from Three Bears Lodge for $15-$25 per person per day.
